The Selling Process

Sell your home with the Homes by Callee Realty Group

Step 1

Free Consultation at your home.

We'd love to visit your home, no need for it to be perfect! During our meeting, we'll discuss market insights and the selling process, set a listing price, and create a manageable to-do list to get your home ready. The good news is, we have a team to handle everything, so no overwhelming tasks for you!

Step 2

Determine the right staging package for you.

We offer several different staging options if needed! Our goal here is to make sure that your home is ready to market so that we can get you top dollar. For every listing, we offer a complimentary staging walk through with our team to work with the things you already have. We also have virtual staging, room by room staging, or full vacant home staging options. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you!

Step 3

Prepare the home for Market.

We will connect you with all the industry experts you need to get the home ready to market. We will schedule a photography/media appointment with our team to get marketing content. We will do a final walk of the house to make sure everything is ready to go. Photography is received within 24-48 hours of the appointment. We will do some Coming Soon marketing on social media and to other agents.

Step 4

Market the Home.

This is where our team comes to life! We proactively work through our customized marketing plan for your home to maximize exposure for your house. We target agents that sell in your area, our sphere that may be interested in your home, online websites, social media, videos, and more. We will also do an Open House the first weekend that we are on the market to drive even more traffic. Detailed checklists and communication are some of our top priorities during this step.

Step 5

Offer Received.

We will receive and present all offers that come in. We will help you understand all the terms and negotiate to make sure the terms are in your best interest.

Step 6

Escrow Process.

Once the offer is agreed upon, we will open Escrow and manage the under contract process. We will handle all the paperwork and send you more checklists to help you stay on top of this process. We will proactively follow up on the buyer's loan (if applicable) and do our best to avoid any surprises. We will negotiate any inspection issues that come up and help you address them if needed.

Step 7

Closing.

We will help you arrange all the final details to transfer ownership to the new buyers (more checklists to help with this!). We will go over the final closing paperwork to make sure everything is accurate and coordinate delivery to the new buyer. We can't wait to celebrate with you on this day!

Client Appreciation Program.

Our job is not over once you are closed! We are here for you post closing for anything else you may need... contractor referrals, paint selections, neighborhood sports questions, you name it! We also do several events throughout the year as a thank you to celebrate our clients. We can't wait to add you to the family.
